Restriction
Client must not hire our developer directly. If we found our employee hired directly by you, you must pay us 10,000 USD per employee hired.
Even If contract terminated, client can not offer contract nor employment to our employee for 12 months from the date of termination.
Must not ask/share any personal detail, contact detail, pricing detail or any detail out of technical between client and employee.
Applicable Laws & Jurisdiction
You agree and acknowledge that this terms and conditions agreement shall be governed by Laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
